Over thinking is thinking excessively, a person can think excessive only when he is thinking negative. If a person over thinks in a positive way, then it becomes planning which is usually not negative. If you don’t achieve goals after planning then you get upset, and again get into the trap of negative thinking but you should understand that plan does not fail YOU as a person, and you always have the scope to change your plan.

an, then it is not considered as failure. FAIL means fist attempt in learning. If we don’t stop and SAIL (which is second attempt in learning) success follows.
So don’t over think and give your plan a second chance, learn from it and sail through everything.
